Therapy For All Ages
At Nisma Therapy Services, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to communicate, learn, and thrive—at every stage of life. Our team provides comprehensive therapy and tutoring services designed to support growth, independence, and confidence across all ages.
Speech Therapy
Our licensed speech-language pathologists work with children and adults to improve communication, swallowing, and voice skills. Pediatric services focus on speech and language development, social communication, and feeding and swallowing. Adult therapy addresses conditions related to neurological injury, stroke, aphasia, dysarthria, voice disorders, and swallowing difficulties (dysphagia). Each plan is personalized to help clients regain confidence and functional communication in daily life.
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapists help clients develop the skills needed for daily living, independence, and success at home, school, and work. Pediatric sessions focus on fine motor skills, sensory integration, play, and self-care, while adult therapy supports recovery and function following neurological injury, stroke, or other medical conditions to enhance strength, coordination, and independence in everyday tasks.
Tutoring & Academic Support
Our tutoring program provides individualized help with reading, writing, math, and homework. We focus on improving academic confidence, study skills, and overall school performance through a supportive, one-on-one approach that builds on each student’s strengths.
Together, our services are designed to empower individuals of all ages to communicate clearly, move confidently, and succeed academically.

Insurance & Waitlist Information
Nisma Therapy is currently on a waitlist for new patients. Patients are added based on triage of needs, and a referral is required to be placed on the list. We also offer Telehealth for most services, and the waitlist for telehealth is often much shorter than in-person services.

Our therapy sessions go beyond the conventional; we incorporate arts and crafts, outdoor activities such as gardening, cooking, and play to make therapy engaging and relevant to real-life situations for all ages and stages. By encouraging activity-based therapy, we facilitate development in a natural and enjoyable manner.
